We work with you in all phases of the design process.

What about staffing?
All optical staff is recruited on your behalf with your final approval.

How much space is required?
Space requirements vary depending upon the number of refracting practitioners and patient volume.

Existing Dispensary

Do you provide inventory?
Vision Associates provides frame inventory on a consignment basis.

Will I retain control of my dispensary?
Yes.

What about my existing staff?
Staff maybe retained or replaced based upon a mutual consensus between Vision Associates and you.

What about third party insurance?
Because Vision Associates clients are diversified we are well versed in all aspects of insurance programs.

How do I know if I need Vision Associates consulting services?
Our initial phone consultation can determine if our consulting services will be beneficial to your practice.

Is your consulting program long or short term?
The duration of our service is dependent upon you and the areas of concern within your practice.

How will your findings be presented?
One of our professionals will meet with you to discuss our complete written analysis.

Who implements the recommendations?
All proposed changes can be applied by Vision Associates on behalf of the practice
