Joseph A. Casorio

Joseph Casorio is married and has 2 children. He began his optical career in 1971 as a NJ licensed Optician. For many years he was the President of a group of retail stores located throughout NJ. During this time he established the Casorio Buying Group, a new concept in the industry at that time, which is now the standard utilized by every optical retailer. Sensing a change throughout the eye care industry, he realized the need for Ophthalmologist to begin dispensing was eminent. With this in mind Vision Associates was created in 1993. Today, along with his partner, is the principle owner of the corporation which manages dispensaries in ophthalmology practices throughout the country.
