Joel joins Vision Associates with vast senior level leadership experience in the medical device field to include key roles in the Optical and Audiology space. In his new role, Joel will leverage his strong Sales, Operations, Strategy, Finance and Team Building experience to assemble and lead a high-performance, multi-location field infrastructure designed to grow sales, while simultaneously delivering “best in class” patient experience for the practices Vision Associates serves across the U.S. Prior to his current role, Joel held Senior Director of Sales and Operations roles at Essilor of America in Dallas, TX and Senior Director of Operations and Patient Experience at Luxottica in Cincinnati, OH.
